About us
Water Softener in Coimbatore, Since 2004
We have been in the water treatment business since 2004, starting out under the name Sri Amirtha RO. Over the years, we saw how badly Coimbatore’s own water needed a dedicated, local solution — hard groundwater, high TDS, and a growing scarcity that most families and businesses in the city deal with every day. That’s why we started a new, focused brand: Coimbatore RO Systems, built specifically to provide Water softener in Coimbatore and other water treatment solutions to people in and around the city.

Our Journey
Why We Started a Water Softener Brand for Coimbatore
We know the water quality problems and water scarcity around Coimbatore first-hand — it’s what pushed us to set up this organisation. Hard water is one of the biggest everyday problems here, damaging pipes, appliances, and geysers over time. That’s why Water Softener in Coimbatore is central to what we do, alongside RO, UF, UV, and copper purifiers, all built around what Coimbatore’s water actually needs — not a generic solution copied from another city.
Our Mission
Our mission is to safeguard people from waterborne diseases by giving every home, office, and institution in Coimbatore access to properly treated, safe drinking water.
Our Vision
Our vision is to provide right and healthy water to the people of Coimbatore.

FAQs
Water Softener in Coimbatore — FAQs
Why do I need a water softener in Coimbatore?
Coimbatore’s groundwater is largely hard, meaning it carries high levels of calcium and magnesium. Over time, this causes scaling in pipes, geysers, and appliances, and leaves skin and hair feeling dry. A water softener removes this hardness at the source.
How do I know if my water is hard?
Common signs include white scale on taps and geysers, soap that doesn’t lather easily, and dry skin or hair after bathing. We also test your water’s hardness on-site before recommending a softener.
What size water softener do I need for my home in Coimbatore?
This depends on your daily water usage and how hard your water tests. We size each softener after an on-site water test rather than offering a fixed, one-size-fits-all unit.
What is the difference between a water softener and an RO purifier?
A water softener treats hard water for the whole house — reducing scale in pipes and appliances — while an RO purifier treats water specifically for drinking by reducing TDS and removing dissolved salts. Many Coimbatore homes use both together.
Where can I buy a water softener in Coimbatore?
Coimbatore RO Systems supplies and installs water softeners directly across Coimbatore, starting with a free on-site water hardness test.
Do you install water softeners for offices and commercial spaces too?
Yes, we install water softeners for homes, offices, and institutions across Coimbatore, sized according to usage volume.
How long does a water softener last, and does it need maintenance?
With regular salt refills and periodic servicing, a water softener typically lasts several years. We provide a maintenance schedule at the time of installation.
Can a water softener be installed along with an RO purifier?
Yes. Many households in Coimbatore combine a whole-house softener with an RO purifier for drinking water, since the two solve different problems — hardness versus TDS and taste.
